You've typed "shorter, and skip the bullet points" into eleven chats this month. If you did the setup in Introductions, Claude interviewed you and you pasted what it wrote into a box under "Account" in Settings, and that box has gone out with every chat since. You haven't read it once. It still says you're new to AI.
