"Show me bad examples" trick
A quick way to get sharper output is to ask for bad examples alongside good ones. Showing the model what to avoid, or having it generate the wrong version first, calibrates it toward what you actually want. Contrast teaches faster than a list of rules.
After this lesson
- You can ask AI for weak examples to help it understand what to avoid.
- You use side-by-side examples to teach the model the difference between good and bad.
- You apply contrast in prompts to get better results than rules alone.
