Terms of Use
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of ContentHub, operated by CrossGen AI LLC. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time PIN sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal. Seats provided under a company plan belong to the company but the account remains yours to use.
- Signing in requires strictly necessary cookies. How we use cookies, and the choice you have over analytics, is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Membership and access
- An active subscription (or a company plan that covers you) unlocks the learner view. Access ends when the subscription or plan lapses, and your progress is kept so it is waiting for you if you return.
- Course content is for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish lessons or materials without our written permission.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Automatic renewal
Individual memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically at the price and cadence shown at checkout, monthly or annually, whichever you choose, and continue until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize those recurring charges and agree to these terms and our Sales & Refunds policy.
- Cancel online, any time: open the Billing section of your profile and choose Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the period you already paid for.
- After you subscribe we email a confirmation that repeats these renewal terms and how to cancel.
- If the price changes, we notify you by email before it affects you, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Community conduct
- The forum is for members. Be direct, be generous, and keep it professional.
- No harassment, hate speech, spam, or sharing of others' private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that cross those lines.
- You own what you post; by posting you give us a license to display it within ContentHub.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
- No automated scraping of member content.
Disclaimers
We teach practical AI adoption, and we keep the material current, but the service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes, and nothing on ContentHub is legal, financial, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before any formal dispute, write to us and give us 30 days to make it right; most things are fixable with an email. Any dispute that remains is handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date. Questions: contact@crossgen-ai.com.
