Persona prompting

Ask an AI model to “write a memo about the new safety policy,” and you’ll get a generic memo written for nobody in particular. Without a role, the model doesn’t know who’s talking or who’s listening, so it plays it safe. Assigning a role is one of the fastest upgrades you can make to any prompt. Any role beats no role.
