Working with images

A lot of the useful information you get is stuck in a picture, like a whiteboard photo, a screenshot of a table, or a chart. Retyping it is slow. One mistyped number can throw the whole thing off. Modern AI can see, so images are just another kind of input you can hand it.

By the end of this lesson

  • You can paste a screenshot and pull the numbers out of a table.
  • You tell AI what an image is and what you want back from it.
  • You check an extracted list against the photo before you use it.
