Teach It Forward

Two new hires start the same Monday, and a second team wants in. The owner asks the champion, the one person who finished the training and kept going, to bring them along. The champion has the one-page AI policy, the prompt vault, the audit sheet and no instructor. Their first instinct is a slide deck.
