Recovering from a bad session
Every regular user hits a session that goes sideways: the model gets stuck, repeats itself, or refuses to change direction. The skill is knowing this is normal and how to recover instead of fighting it. As a chat fills up, quality degrades, and the thread builds momentum that resists redirection.
After this lesson
- You will spot when a chat session repeats itself or loses its original direction.
- You will stop pushing a broken thread and start a fresh window with a clean summary.
- You will recover from a drifting conversation by summarizing and restarting instead of fighting it.
