Explaining AI work to colleagues

AI adoption spreads when people show their work. Explaining what AI did, what you did, and where you took control is a skill of its own. Microsoft surveyed 31,000 knowledge workers in 2024 and found that 52% of people using AI at work were reluctant to admit using it for their most important tasks.
