Explaining AI work to colleagues
Adoption spreads when people show their work, so being able to explain what AI did (and what you did) is its own skill. The most persuasive thing is not a slide about AI, it is a real artifact you built, shown to a colleague, with a plain account of how you got there and where you stayed in control.
After this lesson
- You can show a real AI artifact to a colleague with a clear story of your process.
- You can explain your specific prompts and human checks without claiming AI did the work.
- You can invite your team to try AI by sharing your actual results and your role.
